PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Ingenuity provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection professional engineering services for this 500,000 plus square foot, mixed use, residential/commercial, mid-rise condominium complex. Also included is 2 pre-cast 500 space parking structures. This Atlanta, Georgia project will be completed in the summer of 2007, with an estimated construction cost of $32 million.
