PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Towne of Seahaven has begun development along Northwest Florida's Emerald Coast in Panama City Beach. This development contains 1,400 feet of beachfront, and 52 acres surrounding a majestic lake. The Towne of Seahaven has restaurants, specialty retailers, nightlife, spa, and a state of the art convention facility. Additionally there are residential options that include roughly 900 units on the beaches side and 2,000 units for the north side. ENGINEERING WORK EFFORT:
Ingenuity Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection professional engineering services associated with the design of this high-rise 336,000 square foot hotel and condominium building. Located in Panama City Beach, Florida, this project was completed mid 2007 with a projected construction cost of $65 million. |
